Effective performance management is a crucial part of your role as a SoCalGas Leader. One important tool to help you manage the performance of your employees is the Performance Touchpoint. You are encouraged to hold Touchpoint conversations with each employee, every quarter. These conversations are recorded in My Info under the "Talent" section. Leading Performance Management Conversations
The E-Learning course provides an overview of performance management conversations, including both performance appraisals (represented employees), and Touchpoint conversations (management employees). The course gives a foundation of coaching and performance management for all people leaders.
Target Audience: People-leaders. (Supervisors and above.)
